The ideal candidate will have experience in internet research, PowerPoint, and strong writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, industry trends, and competitor analysis
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements
Requirements:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting the marketing team with market research, social media management, and marketing collateral updates. The ideal candidate will have experience in internet research, PowerPoint, and strong writing skills. Outbound call experience for scheduling initial meetings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing email and calendars, and organizing files and documents
- Assist the marketing team with market research, social media management, and marketing collateral updates
- Conduct internet research to gather information on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis
- Create and manage PowerPoint presentations, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Optional - Conduct outbound calls to schedule initial meetings (outbound call experience is a plus)
